2. WHERE DOES SHOPGENESIS.COM SHIP?

SHOPGENESIS.COM currently ships within the United States; international shipping is not available at this time.

3. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

SHOPGENESIS.COM shipping time includes processing and transit time. All orders placed will ship the following business day.

Please Note:

Business days are Monday to Friday and do not include Federal holidays within the United States, including Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, the day after Christmas, and New Year’s Day.
If someone else will be picking up your order, they must have a valid ID and order confirmation with your first and last name.

4. WHAT ARE SHOPGENESIS.COM SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?

SHOPGENESIS.COM shipping restrictions include the following:

Weekend delivery does not apply for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping
Not all items are available for 2nd Day or Next Day shipping
Items that are heavy or oversized require a surcharge; shipping charge will be reflected at checkout
Certain items will require standard ground shipping, include hazardous, flammable and oversized items

5. HOW LONG DOES A PICKUP IN STORE ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?

Our Buy Online Pickup In Store shopping method allows you to purchase products at SHOPGENESIS.COM and pick up in store at Genesis for free. Once you’ve placed an order, the following applies:
- Your order will process within two hours
  - Excluding Federal holidays within the United States.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is ready to pick up in store
- Once you’ve arrived at the store, go to the front counter with a valid ID and order confirmation number
- Your order will be held for 10 days. If it is not picked up within 10 days, the store will return it to the floor and process a refund

Please Note: If someone else will be picking up your order, they must have a valid ID and order confirmation with your first and last name.

6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. The following applies:

UPS or USPS tracking information will be provided for standard shipping
UPS tracking information will be provided for 2nd Day and Next Day shipping
Freight Line tracking information will be provided for oversized and overweight items, such as exercise equipment
Drop ship orders shipped directly from the vendor may receive tracking from a different shipping provider

7. WHAT IF I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

On occasion, we will have a package returned to us as undeliverable. In such circumstances, the following applies:

We will attempt to notify you via email or phone of the delivery failure and make an attempt to ship a replacement.
If we are unable to reach you, your order will be refunded in full. If you feel an order may have been deemed undeliverable, you should be notified of its status as soon as possible in order for us to assist you.
If your item is stolen or damaged, please CONTACT US and we will file a claim with Shipping Company and get you taken care of.
